MediaFires.co respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy describes our procedures for handling claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that your copyrighted work has been uploaded to MediaFires.co without permission, you may submit a copyright infringement notification in accordance with the procedures below.
File a DMCA Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative, you may submit a copyright infringement notice ("DMCA Notice") to us. For validity, a DMCA Notice must contain the following information:
- Identification of Copyrighted Works: Describe the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed or, if there are multiple works, list all relevant works.

- Validity Statement: Include a statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you have the authority to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Contact Information: Include your full name, address, telephone number and email address for further contact.
- Tanda Tangan: The DMCA Notice must be physically or electronically signed by the copyright owner or his authorized representative.

Actions After Receiving a DMCA Notice
After receiving a complete DMCA Notice, we will:
- Content Removal: Remove or disable access to material suspected of infringing copyright.
- Notice to Users: Notify identified users that their content has been removed due to suspected copyright infringement.
- Information about DMCA Counter-Notice: Provides information to users about their rights to file a DMCA Counter-Notice if they believe their content was mistakenly removed.
DMCA Counter-Notice
If your content was removed due to alleged copyright infringement and you believe the removal was wrongful, you can file a DMCA Counter-Notice. The DMCA Counter-Notice must contain the following information:
- Identify Removed Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
- Minutes Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that removal of the material was in error or that the material does not infringe copyright.
- Statement of Willingness to Go to Court: A statement that you are willing to accept the jurisdiction of a competent court to resolve copyright-related disputes.
- Contact Information: Full name, address, telephone number and email address for further contact.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
A DMCA Counter-Notice can be sent to the same email address as above.
After receiving a complete DMCA Counter-Notice, we may restore the removed content within a certain time period unless the copyright owner initiates legal action to prevent this.
